First Practice recommend one of two payment plans, depending on your individual requirements:

Denplan Essentials

Joining Denplan Essentials allows you to budget for the cost of the routine dental care needed to monitor your oral health at an affordable rate. For an additional fee, you can also cover against worldwide dental injury and emergency treatment.

You'll be covered for:

Routine check-ups, hygienist visits, dental x-rays, preventative dental advice, mouth cancer cover* and 15% discount off treatment. For an additional fee you can also get worldwide cover for dental injury and emergencies.

It Doesn't Cover:

Restorative dental treatments, including fillings crowns, bridge or dentures; or laboratory fees, prescriptions, orthodontics, implants, extractions, cosmetic treatments, sedation fees or specialist treatment, including referral to a specialist. It also won’t cover treatment with another dentist, unless treatment falls under the supplementary emergency cover.

Denplan Care

Denplan Care is a comprehensive preventive and restorative oral healthcare plan, which helps to pay for both routine and restorative dental treatment after an initial assessment from your dentist.

You'll be covered for:

Everything covered in Denplan essentials, plus any necessary extractions, fillings, periodontal treatment, root canal treatment, crowns and bridges. For an additional fee you can also get worldwide cover for dental injury and emergencies.

It Doesn't Cover:

Laboratory fees, prescriptions, orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatments, sedation fees or specialist treatment, including referral to a specialist. It also won’t cover treatment with another dentist, unless treatment falls under the supplementary emergency cover.
